Lovely place for 1 night. Outstandingly accommodating and very amiable staff, romantic twin room. Convenient and absolutely perfect position in the old quarter of Santiago. And just off the cathedral, the main square, cafes and restaurants, the center and the bus station.
Wi-Fi was slow.

The location couldn't be more comfortable in the heart of the old city. It was 1 mi from Frisco Popcorn Factory, offering quick-service food.

Location: the hotel was not far from the bus station as well as the old quarter of Santiago. The staff that checked us in was very friendly and amicable. We had twin room, and it was brand-new with clean shared bathroom...

We had a RELAXING 4 nights stay. The hotel had friendly staff members. The standard twin room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was bright with a beautiful big window. We really enjoyed the breakfast.

Central location, within 5-10 minutes walk of the cathedral and other sights in the city center. Homey feel in the room, cleaned daily. Accommodating host who allowed late check-in after prior notice. Great communication with the host, both in person and via messaging. Lovely courtyard where we could enjoy dinner. Fabulous view from the window, overlooking the cathedral.
